3. Booking and Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in writing and are subject to the terms of any agreed contract.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due by the date specified in your agreement.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or other approved methods. All fees are stated in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellations

Client Cancellations: Cancellations made by the client are subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined in your contract.
Agency Cancellations: If Legacy Vision Entertainment Ltd. must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client at the earliest opportunity and arrange an alternative act or offer a full refund.

5. Liability

Legacy Vision Entertainment Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profit, anticipated savings, or goodwill.
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client under the relevant booking.

6. Acts and Performance

All acts represented by Legacy Vision Entertainment Ltd. are independent contractors. We ensure all acts perform to the highest professional standards but are not liable for any loss or damage arising from their conduct.
Acts may require specific technical equipment, which will be confirmed during the booking process.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website, including but not limited to images, text, and videos, is the property of Legacy Vision Entertainment Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
