REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing Legacy Vision Entertainment Ltd. We aim to provide an exceptional experience for all clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.
1. Deposit and Booking Fees

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit may be required. This deposit is necessary to confirm the act and secure the event date.

Once a booking is confirmed, the deposit cannot be refunded unless Legacy Vision Entertainment Ltd. must cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (see Section 4).
2. Cancellations by Client

Client-Initiated Cancellations: If a client needs to cancel their booking, they must provide written notice as soon as possible.
Refund eligibility for cancellations initiated by the client will be as follows:
- More than 60 days before the event: 50% of any additional fees paid (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

30-60 days before the event: 25% of any additional fees paid (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

Less than 30 days before the event: No refund will be provided for cancellations within 30 days of the event.

Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule their booking instead of cancelling. Approval is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by Legacy Vision Entertainment Ltd.
3. Cancellations by Legacy Vision Entertainment Ltd.

In rare circumstances, Legacy Vision Entertainment Ltd. may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen events such as performer illness, technical issues, or other unavoidable factors.

In these cases, we will notify the client as soon as possible and offer the following options:

Alternative Act: If available, we will arrange an alternative act of a similar style and quality for your event.

Full Refund: If an alternative cannot be provided or is declined by the client, we will issue a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

4. Unsatisfactory Performance
Our performers are professional and experienced, dedicated to providing high-quality entertainment. If you have any concerns about the performance, please inform us immediately during the event so we can address the issue. Refunds based on performance are handled on a case-by-case basis, and no refunds will be issued after the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Third-Party Venues and Services
Please note that Legacy Vision Entertainment Ltd. is not responsible for refund policies or conditions imposed by third-party venues or suppliers engaged for the event. Clients should contact third-party vendors directly for their refund terms.
