📞 1. The Initial Brief: Listening Comes First

It all starts with a conversation. Whether you're planning a corporate gala, wedding reception, festival, or themed tribute night, we want to understand your vision, your audience, and your priorities.

Next, we collaborate with the venue to ensure everything behind the scenes is rock-solid. This includes:

• PA and lighting requirements

• Staging setup

• Dressing room space

• Access times for load-in and soundcheck

• Power, acoustics and risk assessments

If the event is large-scale — like a festival or outdoor gig — we’ll conduct a site visit to plan stage positioning, audience flow, and logistical access.

🎚 4. Soundcheck: The Hidden Hero

Soundcheck is where the magic starts to take shape. Performers arrive early, technicians test equipment, and we dial in everything from microphone EQ to lighting transitions.

It’s also a crucial moment for artists to get a feel for the space and adjust their performance accordingly.
